1. About Us

OODAZU is a children’s play and party center offering event hosting, activities, and other related services. We are dedicated to providing safe, fun, and engaging experiences for families and children.

2. Website Use

By using our website (www.oodazu.com), you agree to:

• Use it for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate information when booking or contacting us
• Not attempt to access any restricted areas or interfere with site functionality

OODAZU reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without notice.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only after payment or deposit (if required).
• Payments are processed through third-party platforms. OODAZU does not store payment information.
• Cancellation and refund policies are outlined at the time of booking and must be reviewed before confirming.

4. Conduct and Safety

All guests must follow OODAZU’s safety rules and staff instructions while on the premises. Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility without refund. The rules and instructions are as follows:

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times unless they are on premise for an event that does not require an adult (e.g. camp or membership drop-off hours)
• Children should wear closed toe shoes while on the climbing walls
• SOCKS ARE REQUIRED and must be worn at all times. We STRONGLY suggest grippy socks to avoid slipping. Your child may bring their own socks or we have grippy socks for purchase
• Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited
• Adults must be accompanied by a child to enter the play space (unless attending a birthday party as a guest)
• Alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, vaping, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited
• Animals are not permitted in the building unless they are a service animal
• Bullying or harassment of any kind by a child or adult to staff or to other guests is not permitted
• Fighting, kicking, hitting, slapping, biting, roughhousing, unsafe play, or any other bad behavior is not permitted

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children unless otherwise specified during staff-led activities.

5. Photo & Video Policy

During events, we may take photos or videos for marketing purposes. By attending and signing our waiver, you consent to this use unless you notify us in writing beforehand. We always respect privacy requests.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of OODAZU and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

OODAZU takes every reasonable precaution to provide a safe and enjoyable environment. However, by using our services, you agree that OODAZU is not liable for:

• Injuries sustained during normal use of the facility
• Property loss or damage
• Website outages or errors

You assume all risks associated with participation in activities at our facility.
